This beer bottle from Bolton has a winged beer bottle on the front and tapered neck for a smooth burn.
Neither the brewery company, Thomas Rothwell & Sons, or the original brewery building exist any more. The brewery ceased trading in 1968, and the site of the original brewery is now a residential area in Bolton.
The design is unique as we have never seen a winged beer bottle on a design before!
